Girls Mode 3 Glitter ☆ Coordination Book - AZ-USA

When you look at the brand AZ-USA from the Style Boutique games, you realise how many items the brand is home to. I was going through the Girls Mode 3 Glitter ☆ Coordination Book and this brand has stacks of pages dedicated to it. Crazy to see all the different items the brand has available and so many outfits you could create from them. AZ-USA was always a brand I kind of ignore in the past, however I have enjoyed experimenting with the brand whilst playing Styling Star. I feel it really picked up in the new game and the challenges I've done over the years have helped discover some gems.

The main style of AZ-USA is the bold style of course and it can also be referred to as the cool style. I tend to call it that a lot and even considered it was the official image for a while. The brand also features items from the following styles: lively, girly, retro, boho, gothic, sporty, rock, chic, feminine and preppy. Streetflow was still in Girls Mode 3 so AZ-USA doesn't have any items from that brand in this game as they moved over in the next instalment. Items from Miss Ribbon however were available at AZ-USA as the glam/flirty style was sadly removed. When looking at the brand, I feel I tend to use tight fitted items from it the most and it tends to be cropped or printed with some sort of pattern. The glam/flirty inspired items are my favourite and I feel I use those in most bold/cool outfits.

Shopdo Update

Here is the new set of costumes for my Halloween themed Shopdo month! The first outfit is inspired by playing cards and whilst I originally was going for a Alice In Wonderland theme, I thought the name Joker was a bit more appropriate. Second is a glam styled outfit themed around a cat costume which the ears from Purple Moon were perfect for! I just adore these purple toned items in Styling Star and it has definitely been one of my favourite colours in the game. Last outfit for this week is a baby-doll themed look titled Apple Princess. I wanted to go with a princess outfit but didn't want to do your stock-standard princess look. These apple themed items from Purple Moon are just stunning when paired with items from other brands in the game. You can find these outfits at my Shopdo ID 0006271056 in New Style Boutique 3: Styling Star (EUR/AUS Region).

100 Outfit Challenge Day 98: Glam/Flirty

You all knew it was coming so here is my glam/flirty themed outfit! It's the final style of the challenge and my personal favourite to create in my challenges. It's fun to find the old Miss Ribbon items within the current brands and piece them together. I do have a guide book now that contains all the original items within the glam brand so it's easier to figure them out. I will be posting a glam guide thing later on that details each item from the brand. Anyway please enjoy my lovely lilac glam outfit! I'm sure I've posted a similar outfit to this previously as the glam items tend to cycle around after a while because there is only so many of them.

100 Outfit Challenge Day 95: Gold

Bit of a new look with today's outfit which is a combination of chic and glam/flirty style. I do love my glam style so I'm happy this look turned out so perfect. The dress looks a bit cheap compared to all the other expensive items in the look but it's the ultimate combination of gold tones and sequins! Gold items in the game are generally limited to Enid Chen so it was a no brainier to go with a chic styled outfit. I've done a Gold Colour Outfits Collection post previously and even then I struggled to find items in each style. So it was pretty easy to narrow down the items I wanted to use for this look and the new butterfly wing styled shoes were the perfect final touch to the outfit.

100 Outfit Challenge Day 85: Under $29

I'm actually surprised at how good this outfit turned out considering the challenge of building an outfit with items under $29. I was worried at first that the outfit would look too basic and just like my basic styled outfits. But it kinda came out in a psychedelic style which is interesting. I tried to use items from a variety of brands and not just Basic U. The final look is quite fashionable and out of the box and I love how the skirt matches the t-shirt print. The only thing I struggled with is the shoes and I went with these to match the psychedelic look of the t-shirt.

100 Outfit Challenge Day 82: Splatoon

I'm just looking at this outfit now to write this post and was thinking what on earth did I create? Then I remember the theme was Splatoon and it all makes sense now! It's just so all over the place colour wise this outfit when I saw it again but isn't that what Splatoon is about? Crazy colours all over the place and paint splatters! For this look, I just used the Inking leggings from Purple Moon and some Splatoon items I designed with the designs you unlock from the Splatoon amiibo in game. This T-Shirt is kinda cool, but I wish you could add more than two colours to it as you could come up with some awesome designs.

100 Outfit Challenge Day 64: Camo Print

A bit of a unique theme for day 64 which is camo print! So that means an outfit from AZ-USA of course as it's home to the camo print! I went with some three-quarter cargo pants as they just scream camo to me and the brand has some excellent pairs to choose from. Not a look I would use normally and definitely not something I'd wear in real life. My days of camo print are way in the past back in the early 2000's and honestly the print just doesn't suit me. I've seen it around a bit recently in clothes shops so hey, someone out there can pull it off.

100 Outfit Challenge Day 58: Camisole

One item I've become more interested in using recently is the camisole. Now I always avoid using them in previous games as I wasn't a fan of them or the way they looked with most outfits. But in Styling Star, I've been loving them and try to include them often in Shopdo outfits. I think the girly and glam/flirty style ones are my favourites. For today's outfit, I went with a glam/flirty look as I love the style and there's plenty of great camisoles to choose from. Can't go wrong with a pink and black combination especially with the glam style.

Shopdo Update

Had some fun creating rock inspired outfits for this week's Shopdo Update. First off is a girly styled outfit with a rock feel. It's more girly than rock but still a little edgy with the stripes and denim skirt. Second outfit is a glam/flirty look because I love creating those. I used these crazy boots from AZ-USA for the outfit because I thought they were perfect for it. Last outfit is a rock one of course and I went with these weird skirt/pant things from Stage Dive that I never understand. I've never really used these in any games as they are so bizarre and look rather cluttered to me. So I went for a hot pink look as that's one of my favourite colour tones to use in rock outfits. All three of these looks can be found at Shopdo ID 0006271056 in New Style Boutique 3: Styling Star (EUR/AUS Region).

100 Outfit Challenge Day 42: Bold

I feel like the bold image is another style I don't use too much in Style Boutique. I used to avoid it all the time in earlier games and it's only grown on me in recent years. I think my interest in the glam style has made me use items from AZ-USA more and I've actually discovered quite a few gems from the brand that I now love. For the bold outfit, I went with this classy number featuring some hints of glitter as a follow on from yesterday's theme. This top from AZ-USA always reminds me of Callie from Fashion Forward as it was one of her main clothing items she wore. It looks great with skirts and that's usually what I pair it with.

100 Outfit Challenge Day 27: Opposite Day

The theme for today is a bit odd and is the opposite of yesterday's favourite brand. Today is all about opposites so you can pick an outfit of the opposite to your favourite image or items. I went with this bold look as I feel that's something I don't wear often in the game and definitely not these items. These are pieces I wouldn't normally touch especially the cargo pants. I just can't get behind cargo pants, like they went out of fashion in 2001 and need to stay there. I used to have the most ridiculous cargo pants back in the early 2000's. One was blue camo with glitter which made you get stuck to everything and another was this beautiful dusty pink ones but they had the smallest top part to the pants and I don't think I ever wore them. Thank heavens all that is in the past and I never have to think about those glitter camo pants again.

100 Outfit Challenge Day 23: Ribbons

Another pattern them for Day 23's outfit and today is devoted to ribbons! I feel this outfit is super glam/flirty style because of the dress design. I'd call this one of those t-shirt dresses because it's super short but not long enough to be categorised as a proper dress. I've never understood these things, like are you meant to wear leggings with them or shorts? Or hope you're short enough that it is a dress on you? Not something I have in my wardrobe because I just can't figure them out but this one is pretty cute in game. Looks kinda like a pyjama top though, maybe it secretly is!

100 Outfit Challenge Day 22: Item You Never Use

I could probably make an entire post of items I never use in Styling Star because there would be a lot of them. Even from my favourite brands! There's just pieces I feel don't look good or I can never work into an outfit. So for today's look, I went with this skirt from AZ-USA that I don't recall ever using. And I even worked out that it matches this bikini top! Hit the pool for the photo shoot of course because where else would be suitable for this cool look?

100 Outfit Challenge Day 11: Grey

Something new today which is a grey themed outfit which is a colour I have yet to cover in my Colour Outfits Collection. The outfit I created is a mixture of bold, basic and rock. A lot of the outfits I've been making for this challenge, I've just been selecting the items without many search criteria and I think it's really helped create more unique looks. I haven't been restricted to images or anything so I have more options available which has been great. This look is close to something I'd wear in real life apart from the three-quarter sleeves because I despise those. You just can't move in them and shirts always get creased at the elbow. Apart from the sleeves, the outfit is super comfy and a good use of these t-shirt style dresses in the game.

Shopdo Update

Here is the new set of outfits for this weeks Shopdo update! I felt like making a bold outfit for something different as I haven't done one for a little while. Used my favourite pants from AZ-USA of course as I love the vibrant colours. Second outfit is a girly outfit featuring yellow and black colour tones. I quite liked this dress and wanted to build an outfit around that. The final outfit is a quick baby-doll look I threw together. The pattern on the dress matches the sweet theme of the boutique perfectly! Loving this tone of purple as well, especially the tights and shoes! That has to be one of my favourite shades of purple along with lilac. You can find all these outfits at Shopdo ID 0006271056 in New Style Boutique 3: Styling Star (EUR/AUS Region).

One Item Challenge - AZ-USA

Readers to my blog will recognise the item I am using in this One Item Challenge. That's right, it's my favourite new skirt to the AZ-USA brand! I fell in love with this skirt the moment I found it in the game. I'm always using it in glam/flirty style outfits and love that it comes in different colour tones.

This challenge will begin with the bold outfit of course. Just a classic bold look for the challenge featuring some of my top items from AZ-USA such as the floral print inner and vibrant purple jacket. I decided to do my characters hair like Callie's from Fashion Forward as she is the true queen of the bold style.

Onto the rest of the outfits for the challenge. I think about half turned out great and the other half alright. The boldness of the skirt (especially the metallic tone) doesn't match soft styles like baby-doll and feminine. My favourites from this challenge would be basic and psychedelic. I quite like the basic outfit because I think the bold image of the skirt brings a new feel to the basic look of the other items. Psychedelic is another great outfit because it's so over the top and exploding with colours.

Shopdo Update

I've gone with another week of blue outfits for Shopdo this week and will post a special Christmas themed update next week. The first outfit for this update is a girly themed outfit perfect for the warmer weather. I used to love this top and skirt from Marzipan Sky in Fashion Forward, but haven't used it much in Styling Star. So that was my inspiration for the outfit. The second outfit is a baby-doll look as they are always super adorable. I went with a more casual coordinate this time featuring one of the cute bear hoodies. The final outfit is quite bold and features a pop of a darker tone to contrast with the light blue. I'm quite enjoying these dresses from AZ-USA so I used the blue toned dress in a bold outfit. I rarely post bold outfits to my Shopdo so it was nice to do something different. You can find all these outfits at Shopdo ID 0006271056 if you play New Style Boutique 3: Styling Star (EUR/AUS Region).

Shopdo Update

More pink outfits for this week's Shopdo update because I'm still in love with my current boutique interior. The first outfit for the new week is a dusty pink feminine outfit featuring a t-shirt I rarely use. It has an interesting design which would look like lace in real life I guess. The second outfit is a casual girly style outfit featuring those cute striped t-shirt style dresses. I've made an orange version of this in the past so I thought it was a perfect time for the pink version. The last outfit is a glam/flirty outfit featuring some sequined and metallic clothing items. I think this week's selection of outfits are a great set that cater to a range of styles. You can find all three outfits at Shopdo ID 0006271056 if you play New Style Boutique 3: Styling Star (EUR/AUS Region).

Shopdo Update

Quick Shopdo update for today! This weeks outfits are just some random ones I threw together quickly. The first one is a gothic/baby-doll mash up featuring a red and white colour scheme. I quite liked how this one turned out and the bunny handbag matched perfectly! The second is a green toned bold inspired outfit where I tried to use some items I rarely use. I thought the name was quite clever as it matched the colour tone of the outfit. The final look is a baby-doll outfit which took a different turn to what I was originally planning. I wasn't going for a brown/maroon colour scheme but I thought it looked quite nice so I went with it. So if you play Style Boutique 3, you can visit my Shopdo at ID 0006271056.
