Shopdo Update

You may notice something weird about one of this week's Shopdo Update outfits, it pretty obvious. It seems there is a black line running through the photo which is a glitch I've encountered before back in August last year. Whenever I selected the second outfit after I created it, it would bring up this line. I tried saving and reloading Shopdo but it kept appearing. A bit bizarre but we'll carry on. 

 The first outfit for this week's Shopdo update is a chic style outfit featuring silver and grey tones. Hence the name Silver Streak. The second outfit is a girly style outfit featuring items from the Chorale and Chorale Prelude brands. I quite like this look as it's sophisticated yet still girly. Perfect for spring or autumn weather. The final outfit is a feminine look to match the boutique interior and I went with a green colour palette for this look. I'm really into plaid skirts at the moment in the Style Boutique series so used one of them in this outfit.     Wow these are beautiful! I especially love the Silver Streak outfit, really well done!
    Too bad different regions can't connect with each other though, I'd love to get these outfits in my game. :(
    Don't think I know any community playing the game still, glad to see someone still having fun with this gem of a game. :D

      The region thing is awful :( I have so many friends I want to visit in other regions. The game has a community on tumblr still and there is a discord that's quite popular.

      I just don't get why the game is region locked for this game but in the previous game it wasn't. Seems like they broke a few things that didn't need to be broken.

      Aww thank you. I'm pretty busy outside this blog with work so it's nice to take a break and blog when I get free time. I can't believe how long I've been posting on the other two Style Boutique blogs! I quite enjoy this personal one as I love posting my outfits and music reviews.

      Yeah there's the Designer 101 Guide and they removed a lot of design patterns and some hairstyles too, including Kiki Summer's one even though she has it in game. Kinda sad to see that tbh :(
      (Also removing Caprice Chalet is a big oof ;-;)

I just graduated from high school not too long ago, not really liking the whole "growing up" thing but there's no escaping that D: I really like creative things so your stuff brings me a bunch of inspiration hahaha. They really keep me from giving up on becoming a designer, it's great how your hobby inspires me, I'm really glad to have found your blogs! ^^

      I hate that they removed hairstyles, there was so many unique ones that were perfect for baby-doll and gothic looks. I wish the Caprice Chalet was still in the game, designing rooms was one of my favourite features.

      Growing up is tough, but it takes a while. We don't really know what to do with our lives until we're 25. Keep that passion alive for your creative stuff :) Sometimes we need breaks as well. Like I couldn't play Style Boutique for ages recently because I was so busy and had no interest. But I've gotten back into this week, guess I just needed some inspiration for outfits.

      I always prefer having as many selections as possible when designing anything, hopefully the next installment brings back and add in a lot more varieties. (That is if Syn Sophia still continues this series) :/

      Yeah it really is, everything changes and people come and go without us even knowing. Yeah I've liked creative stuff since young, it's just having to improve my hobby until mastery seems so out of sight. But all in all, I just hope you enjoy doing what you do as well, and if you ever lose inspiration I can help if you wish. :D

      It's just boring that the developers removed so many fun features and didn't replace them with anything substantial. Like whoever though removing fashion shows/competitions needs to rethink their decision because those are a staple to the series.

      I do love blogging and find it inspiration reading others blogs. I'd totally update way more often if I wasn't busy with work. I was going to do some more blogging today but it's a gazillion degrees here and I'm too busy melting haha

      Your Shopdo is fantastic so it’s always fun to visit, also I’ve encountered the black line thing before too I think it’s a common glitch.

      Yes always a great idea to take photos of big moments. I used to have over 3000 visits to my Dream Town in Animal Crossing but it got wiped when they reformatted the dream centre with new codes.

      It's a bummer they wiped them all, it's an amazing acheivement though.
      Yeah it's a good idea to take photos I should have when I had all those likes, I think more people played Styling Star last year though that's probably why my Shopdo was more popular :)
