CLC チャミスマ Chamisma - Mini Album Review (Type C CD+DVD Edition)

Time to look at another edition of CLC's チャミスマ Chamisma mini album as it's been too long since the review of the last edition. I've previously reviewed the Type A CD Only and Type B CD+DVD editions so be sure to check those out as I cover most information about the mini album in those.

チャミスマ Chamisma Type C CD+DVD Edition

チャミスマ Chamisma is CLC's second Japanese mini album and was released in 2016 through Tower Records Japan. The mini album is available in three editions: Type A CD Only, Type B CD+DVD and Type C CD+DVD. I brought the Type C edition through Tower Records when it was on sale once along with Type A. The Type C edition includes the following contents:

• CD - 5 track mini album
• DVD - Contains the group's 1st Japanese Showcase 'First Step'
• Lyrics booklet
• Jewel case
• OBI Strip
• Photocard (7 types to collect)

The concept for the Type C edition is a nautical sailor concept. The girls are wearing cute sailor dresses along with matching hats. Both the front and back covers have a group photo with the front cover having a fun energetic pose. The back cover lists the contents of the CD and DVD along with production information about the mini album. 

Inside you will find the lyrics booklet along with the CD and DVD. The discs have the same design as the other two editions which I love as I'm all for cohesiveness with releases. The CD has the blue tone to match the cover and the DVD has a cute pink tone which kinda matches the groups logo. The emblem which is featured on the girls sailor hats is used as the background behind the disc holder.

Style Boutique - Sporty Item Guide

The Style Boutique series features a variety of clothing styles/images and over the course of the series, some styles have been removed entirely from the game. One such style is the sporty style which was last featured in New Style Boutique 2: Fashion Forward (known as Style Savvy: Fashion Forward in NA and GIRLS MODE ガールズモード３ in JPN). The style was referred to as sporty in each region of the game and the brand is known as Streetflow in the EUR/AUS and NA regions whereas in JPN, it is referred to as Upbeat.  A guide for all the items from the sporty focused brand Streetflow/Upbeat can be found here. This guide will focus on sporty themed items from other brands in New Style Boutique.

The following brands featured sporty themed items: AZ-USA, Basic U, April Bonbon, Purple Moon and Retrobeat. The guide lists which brand contained sporty themed items and how many colours the item was available in. All the items from AZ-USA, Basic U, April Bonbon and Retrobeat are still available in the current game in the series which is New Style Boutique 3: Styling Star and they can still be found at the same brands. Only a few selected items are still available from Purple Moon and the amiibo exclusive colour variants have been removed.

Style Boutique 2 Play Journal - Fashion Show Outfits Part 1

So I just found a whole bunch of fashion show photos from Fashion Forward so get ready for a few play journals of hideous and successful outfits. I must've took so many photos when trying to get five star outfits for guides and I always took photos of the outfits I made for each fashion show. I really do miss the feature in the game as it provided a source of challenge and creativity. No clue why they had to be removed but I guess the idol aspect was trendy at the time and the developers though it would've brought in new players to the franchise.

First off is this gorgeous I guess psychedelic themed outfit and I really do like this! It reminds me of the psychedelic outfits I've been making in Styling Star. The heart choker from Purple Moon works really well with the striped top! Second photo is a classic as it's my profile photo for blogger and I have such nostalgia for this photo as it was the first fashion show outfit I created.

Bunch of lively themed looks now with some terrible quality photos because how on earth did I used to edit these for my tumblr. If you used to follow me on tumblr back in the day, you may have seen these photos before as I used to post a lot of them there. The repetitive ending pose is a bit much, it would've been cool if you could plan what moves to use on the runway or choose your ending pose.

Animal Crossing New Leaf - Looking Back Through Time Part 2

A while back, I made a post looking back on old photos from Animal Crossing New Leaf. Well I found a bunch more screenshots that I haven't shared yet so I thought this was the perfect time to post about them since New Horizons is only a few weeks away from release. First up is a collage of cute rainbow snapshots I took over time. These would've been pretty early on in the game since there isn't much development around the town and I haven't used these pink paths in years. The bell public works project is still in the same spot in town however I think the yellow bench was replaced with a log one.

I kinda hope they still include pitfalls in New Horizons as it's pretty amusing when you or villagers get caught in them. The animation is just gold and I managed to save some photos of when my character got stuck in them a few times. Also how shocking is the grass erosion in some of these photos? I recall it taking months to get the grass to grow back in those spots.

Style Boutique - Glam/Flirty Item Guide

The Style Boutique series features a variety of clothing styles/images and over the course of the series, some styles have been removed entirely from the game. One such style is the fabulous glam/flirty style which was last featured in New Style Boutique (known as Style Savvy: Trendsetters in NA and わがままファッション GIRLS MODE よくばり宣言! in JPN). The style was referred to as glam in the PAL version (EUR/AUS) and flirty in the NA version. A guide for all the items from the glam/flirty focused brand Miss Ribbon/Le Spark/ビスクマリー BiscMary can be found here. This guide will focus on glam/flirty themed items from other brands in New Style Boutique.

Style Boutique 2 Room Address Update: Cool Boutique

Second Caprice Chalet update for 2020 and this month's room is a bold/chic themed boutique. I created this room years ago and it has been popular with customers over the years. With this design, I managed to cram in quite a number of displays and clothing items. Love the look of the staircase in the corner and it helps make the boutique look larger than what it actually is. The range of cool and chic themed clothing miniatures is quite varied and a large number are available so it was fairly easy to deck out the boutique. Shopdo Update - February 2020

I've kept the feminine themed boutique for another one as I love this interior and last month's outfits proved popular. The outfits for February feature a range of styles and are suitable for different occasions. First up is a feminine themed look featuring this gorgeous aqua tone and for this look, I wanted to try using a trench coat style outer as I rarely use those. I paired it with this skirt from Enid Chen and some cute heels. The second outfit is a girly outfit as that's my usual go-to look for Shopdo outfits. I actually really like this and feel it would be cute in real life to wear. Again I tried to use some items I rarely use which resulted in this camisole top with these shorts. Last outfit is a baby-doll one and I went for a brown colour scheme to try to match the boutique interior. The outfit is a mixture of items from Marble Lily, Raven Candle and Marzipan Sky.
