Animal Crossing New Leaf - Looking Back Through Time Part 3

Last of old screenshots from Animal Crossing: New Leaf to get hyped for the release of New Horizons. This is the last lot of old screenshots I could find from the game that I haven't shared on the blog yet. Most of these aren't from the early stages of the game last my previous posts were. The outfit my character has on was the QR Code dress I wore for pretty much most of the time I played the game in later years. It's just so adorable with the little backpack on the back! Anyway first off here is a silly photo of my favourite villager Frita!

Quick tour of some spots in my town and these areas have changed over time. Sometimes I have to demolish the public works projects just to move them over one tile. The game really needed a customisation option for things like this because I'm sure not the only player to have experienced this.

Animal Crossing New Leaf - Public Works Projects

I thought it was time to take a tour of my Animal Crossing New Leaf town and look at all the town projects I have built. I've been playing New Leaf since it came out so I've had plenty of time to develop my town. There are still a few projects I've never been able to unlock because of the whole silly random request thing. But I've built lots of lovely projects to fit different themed areas in my town.

First off is one of my favourite areas in my town which is a little garden area with a variety of flowers in different colours. The top part of the area has a metal bench for relaxing and I've placed stone paths down as a footpath. I have these stone paths in my town along with a pink/blue main footpath pattern. It took a while to get some of these hybrid flowers and when I placed them in this area, I tried to have a random look to their placement and not place the same colours next to each other. Here's some cute pictures of me and Dotty sitting on the bench.

Just near the metal bench there is a well which was one of the earlier town projects I unlocked. I placed some of my favourite flowers around the well and some patterns on the ground. I love these drain patterns as they look great around public works projects which are water themed.

Take a short stroll down the footpath to discover the water pump. How great does the drain pattern look next to this? It actually looks like the water is flowing into the drain. I've moved this project a few times due to villagers moving into certain locations and it's stayed here for a fair while now. I'm obsessed with leaving mushrooms around my town and they look so cute placed around public works projects.

Across from the water pump is the drinking fountain which is another early unlock project. This is one of my favourite locations as it just looks so perfect with the patterns placed around it and hybrid flowers. You can see one of my water streams behind the trees which I created with some water tiles and drain patterns. I have these all over my town as they add a natural look to the areas.

Animal Crossing New Leaf Play Journal - Summer Adventures

Been playing a fair amount of Animal Crossing New Leaf lately and thought I'd share some of my activities that have been happening in the game. A while ago, the villagers celebrated four years of my excellent work as Mayor. But they hilariously forgot that I was absent for over one year because I stopped playing.

One of my villagers Canberra (who is cute Koala named after our nation's capital) had some witty lines to deliver recently. The umbrella one is my favourite as I have no clue what she is talking about.

Visited the cutest Dream Address and their town was themed in the most beautiful and creative way. Plus I'm a sucker for any design featuring a lot of pink. The playground area was adorable and set out perfectly. I wish nintendo had put more playground style town projects into the game, maybe like a swing set or seesaw. The campground area was a nice area to visit as well. Overall the landscaping of this dream town has been one of my favourites I've seen in the game. I've included the address for the town which is 6C00-006D-EAE5 incase you wish to visit it yourself.

Speaking of dream addresses, I received some excellent feedback recently from a player with a hilarious name. So thank you to Random from Awesome who visited! My Dream Address is 7A00-004D-AD3C if you wish to visit.

Animal Crossing New Leaf - Dream Address

Recently updated my Dream Address in Animal Crossing New Leaf. Before the amiibo update, my Dream Address had over 3200 visits but sadly they were all deleted with the update that wiped all the old dreams. So I finally updated it with the new code.

The Dream Address for my town Sunbury is 7A00-004D-AD3C. I'm hoping to put in a few more fun things when I update it next such as outfits and accessories.

Here are some pictures of my Animal Crossing town called Sunbury. Follow the pink/blue paths to discover a variety of town projects or venture off into the forest via the stone paths. You can tell where my house is, it's the one completely pink with all the pink flowers. I will make a post one day about how my rooms are decorated, but at the moment I'm thinking about redoing the kitchen one since I recently built a shop room and didn't want two food related room designs.

Feel free to visit if you play Animal Crossing New Leaf. I hope you have a wonderful time when you visit Sunbury :)
