Back with another MODEL debut3 #nicola play journal and I have lots of cool photo shoots to share in this one. First up is a look that combines khaki pants in a boyish style. Seemed like an easy job as pants are always a simply thing to choose. I thought a beanie would be a cool addition to this outfit and feels very boyish.
Spent some time talking to Narumi at a few places and she saved one of my items from disappearing in the wind. I really like her style and this hat suits her hairstyle well. She has some cool boyish image going on like the previous photo shoot theme.
Next up was another job and this time is was for Nicola TV. My modelling career was discussed and hopefully I can be more popular in the future. This game is quite slow to work through I feel and I've played over 15 hours of it. However I feel like I haven't got anywhere and I wonder how long it takes to get higher ranks. I did like my outfit for this job and it is very preppy looking.
The next job allowed me to decide what kind of swim suit would be ideal and I went with the two piece. I thought it would look better overall and I've seen some cute ones in the game that I wanted to try out. Ended up picking this pastel toned one and was able to find the perfect background for the shoot. Sometimes there is only one that is suitable and the beach was the ideal location.
Moved onto a new month in the game as time moves on pretty quick once you can only do the four jobs allowed each month. Exciting times as I have unlocked work at the advertising agency! Here you can take part in various commercials and adverts. It will be fun to have a new job type to take part in and see how that works. The job mentioned below is something that I will do later on in the game.
Random job here that I didn't take many screenshots of because I need to stop taking so many as it takes forever to get through them all! It turned out great though and is very bright! Honestly the clothes selection isn't amazing in this game as I find sometimes I can be limited with the items that fall under the required terms. Most of the time I can make a nice looking outfit however in later play journals, you will see some bad ones.
It seems that an old childhood friend of my character has joined the agency. His name is Shunsuke and he has been following my modelling jobs. Interesting to see how this friendship will progress in the game. A prompt appeared to ask which NPC I would like to attend an event with that will happen later on.
The outfit for this job turned out almost perfect. Like why did I choose the headphones? Cannot recall if they were part of the requirements or not. At least the colour was pink so it would go well with the top. I had a hard time picking a nice background for this and now looking back on it, I'm not pleased with this one. It doesn't match the sporty feel of the outfit and who knows why I thought this looked good.
Time to attend the event mentioned earlier and I went with Kanon! She is one of my favourite characters in MODEL Debut3 and she is just too cute! We made wishes at the festival and of course mine was about modelling. Kanon is very passionate about becoming a singer so hers was related to that.
A few photos from another modelling job and I saved the second one as I thought the pose was hilarious. Sometimes putting a bag in the outfit doesn't work out as seen here. I do love how MODEL Debut3 has bags and there are some cool designs. I was playing Fashion Dreamer recently and totally forgot that bags weren't in that game. I somehow thought they were and was confused when I couldn't find any.
Time to do that commercial job that was mentioned earlier and it requires a set outfit. It is a great idea to purchase lots of clothes in the game as it will help prevent problems when you do these types of jobs. Nothing worst that selecting the requirement tags and nothing appearing. So I tend to just buy a random selection of items each time I go shopping to make sure I have a wide range. This commercial required a sporty school-styled outfit with a pleated mini skirt. That wasn't too hard as they are items I would generally buy as I like that style. Perfect opportunity to use one of the backpack items as I've been obsessed recently. For this type of job, you don't get to do any editing for it as the game automatically creates the portrait for you.
Next I mainly just hung out with friends and chatted with NPC's around the map when events popped up. Managed to finally get another social media post! These appear when you attend social pop-ups with NPC's and this one was from when I went dancing with Narumi. Slowly ranking up her friendship and she looks really lovely without her hat on. Like a completely different person!
Another month ticked over which means a new set of jobs. Of course I reached a new level of followers and that unlocked a special job. This is pretty easy to do and I would be surprised if you could fail this. I've unlocked them all so far and I'm currently almost at C rank.
